The American Lung Association of the Central States’ fiscal year is from July 1, 2007 to June 30, 2008. Financial statements are presented in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and combine all parts of the organization in one statement.
Yearly Audit
American Lung Association of the Central States is audited on a yearly basis by a firm chosen by the Board of Directors.
IRS Form 990
The IRS Form 990 is an annual federal income tax return that all charitable corporations that are exempt from income tax are required to file. These statements are presented in accordance with IRS regulations. American Lung Association of the Central States files Form 990 yearly in accordance with IRS regulations.
