Fight for Air Climb in El Paso
May 29, 2010Join us for one of the most unique events in El Paso and Texas! This is more than your average 5k. This event takes people vertical as they attempt to climb many floors to reach the celebration at the top. Whether climbing for a winning time or simply to cross the finish line, this event is a great way to challenge yourself physically. We guarantee that all finishers will have a new found respect for their lungs.

Our Work In El Paso
Not on Tobacco (N-O-T)
Last year more than 975 teenagers enrolled in this voluntary teen smoking cessation program. Results showed a 35% quit rate and a 64% reduced rate among the teens that completed the 10 session program.
Open Airways for Schools (OAS)
Local elementary school district nurses are being recruited and trained to implement the OAS program to help asthmatic students learn to control their asthma and eliminate emergency room visits.
Breathe Smart from the Start
In 2007-2008, Breathe Smart from the Start served 439 mothers and coaches in the El Paso area. 100% of all participants agreed to shelter their family from smoke by signing the smokefree pledge, protecting the lung health of future generations.
Asthma Camp
Our partnership with local asthma camps allows us to empower at-risk kids with asthma education in a fun environment.
