Quit Smoking

Freedom From Smoking (FFS) is a free, online smoking cessation program designed to assist adults trying to quit using tobacco. This nationally recognized, research-based program is highly successful in helping adults quit tobacco use—for good. Led by trained facilitators who understand why people smoke, the program employs a positive behavior-change approach teaching smokers how to become non-smokers through step-by-step modules. This program helps you:
